Renate Grønvold Bugge is a qualified psychologist; she holds a graduate degree in Psychology from the University of Oslo, and is an approved specialist in clinical psychology and occupational and organization psychology. She also has solid expertise in the understanding of how groups and organizations function, which she has developed through her many years of work with Group Relations Conferences based on the model from the Tavistock Centre for Human Relations, London. Renate was awarded ISPSO Distinguished Membership in 2019.
